Ish Goel
Non-Executive Chairman (Anchor LP)
Ish is a serial entrepreneur who entered the digital asset space in 2016. He is best known as the founding Chief Technology Officer of Nexus Mutual, a leading DeFi insurance protocol. Following his exit from Nexus Mutual in 2020, he became the anchor investor in Hillroute in 2021. Ish’s early conviction in digital assets, combined with his experience in building and scaling blockchain businesses, has played an important role in supporting Hillroute’s growth and long-term vision.
Stefanie Braschel
Risk Committee Chair
Leading our Strategy division is Stefanie Braschel, who brings over two decades of experience in finance, specializing in technology. With a notable tenure at JP Morgan Chase, she has successfully directed strategic initiatives delivering blockchain and trading programs, managed risk, and overseen technology programs. Stefanie’s deep understanding of the intersection between finance and technology ensures operational robustness at Hillroute.

Suraj Thorat serves as our Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, with over 6+ years of quantitative trading expertise managing million-dollar portfolios. His deep understanding of market dynamics and risk management has consistently led to outperformance of benchmarks and effective navigation of tail risk events.
Pravin Raveendran
Head of Capital Formation & IR
Pravin Raveendran serves as our Head of Capital Formation, bringing over 17 years of experience across banking and alternative funds in Singapore, Dubai, and New York. He previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at Mizuho Bank’s Eurekahedge platform, where he led a global institutional sales and strategy team of over 35 professionals. More recently, at GROW, he drove international strategy and helped secure GCC relationships for the firm’s Asian hedge fund and wealth business. Pravin’s cross-border experience and institutional perspective strengthen Hillroute’s capital formation and strategic growth efforts.
Harsh Patel

As our Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder, Harsh Patel brings extensive knowledge in financial technology and algorithmic trading. He has previously co-founded a crypto trading platform which specialized in executing algorithmic strategies. Additionally, he has developed comprehensive backtesting systems for over 30+ equity exchanges.
